CGI: General Overview

CGI is a service that allows you to create a tour using a 2D or 3D floor plan or improve panoramas within an existing Matterport tour.

With CGI, you can redesign the images or customize a tour by adding furniture, and more. Additionally, you can upload your own objects into the tour using the 3DSMAX format.

What subscription should I have?

The CGI service is available starting from the Business plan

What is the price?

The price starts from $500 per project. Every project has its own price as it depends on the size of the tour and the complexity of the task. We will need to evaluate the tour first in order to provide a precise price.

What is the deadline?

Usually, it takes up from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver the final project, however, if your virtual space is rather big, it may require additional time.

What are the necessary materials?

To complete your order we will need a Matterport link or 2D/3D plan (if you don't have a tour), some images of the furniture you want to be placed into the tour (or at least reference images so we understand the style we should follow).

How does everything work?

When you provide a Matterport link or 2D/3D plan with all instructions and references, we will take some time to evaluate the task and then provide you with the final price for your CGI order and the deadline it will be fulfilled. If you agree and confirm the order, we will ask you to pay 50% of the price, so we can start working on the order. Once the first panoramas are ready, we will send it to you for approval or corrections and adjustments. After that, we continue working on the order.

If you are still hesitating, follow the link to check our fully CGI-created space where you may experience this modern and exciting technology.
