Flows: Analytics

The Flows feature now includes its own analytics section, designed to give you a deeper understanding of tour performance. With this tool, you can easily track user engagement and tour completion rates.

Accessing Flows Analytics

To access flows analytics: open the Flows add-on in your tour > go to the Workspace section > select the Analytics tab.

Note: Analytics data for Flows is powered by the Treedis engine, not Google analytics. This means you don’t need to wait up to 24 hours for updates, data appears immediately after a flow is opened or completed.

Flows Activity Overview

This section displays overall statistics for all flows activities.

  1. Total views – total number of times the flow was opened.
  2. Total unique viewers – number of individual users who have visited the flow. Each unique viewer is counted once per device or email address used to enter the tour. If 2 users entered the tour using the same email address - these entrances will be counted as 1 unique viewer.
  3. Average duration – average amount of time users spent in the tour.
  4. Completion rate – represents the average percentage of flow completions, calculated from the total number of views and the respective completion statuses.

Note: To accurately track unique viewers, you can enable user data collection upon tour entrance. Activate the Intro Screen for your tour and toggle on the Entry Lead Form. You can choose to request either the user’s name only or both their name and email address.

General Analytics

Detailed analytics are displayed in a table format. You can filter the data to show: All records, Completed only, Not completed only.

Below are the data points included in the table:

  • User Details – displays information about each user who entered the flow. If no entry lead form was enabled on the intro screen, the user will appear as “anonymous”.
  • Flow Name – title of the specific flow opened within the tour.
  • Date & Time Completed – date (DD/MM/YYYY) and time when the flow was opened or completed.
  • Steps Completed – indicates how many steps were completed out of the total number of steps in the flow.

  • Completion – shows whether the flow was completed or not.

  • Time Spent – total time users spent in the flow.

  • Platform – displays whether the flow was opened via Web browser or AR mode.

Filters and Export Option

You can filter the analytics data by:

  • Date range – use the calendar to specify a time period.

  • Flow name to view analytics for a specific flow and/or Platform filter to select between Web and AR mode.

To save the analytics, click the Export button. The data will be downloaded to your device automatically as a CSV file, containing all analytics in a structured table format.
