Intro Screen

Intro Screen serves as introduction for visitors before entering the tour. It includes two sections: textual and visual.

- Text boxes are for the tour title and tour description. Also there is a possibility to enable Entry Lead Form for visitors to fill in their name, phone and email address upon entering the tour.

- Visual section is for background photo or video. White Label users can add the Logo on the intro screen.  

You can enable other listed options by clicking on them and picking the desired effect:

• Enable client logo - the White Label logo of your Client will appear at the upper left corner of the intro screen;
• Enable tips - to navigate tour visitors with the help of guiding tips;
• Dark background - to activate dark mode of the tour background photo / video;
• Blur background - to make the tour background photo blurred; 
• Text shadow - to add the shadow to the text on the intro screen;
• Hide help button - to disable the 'Help' button which includes the guiding/navigation tips (located at the top right corner of the intro screen).

Title and Description

Title and Description fields serve to provide the name of the tour and a brief overview accordingly. In the description you may also include additional relevant details, such as the tour's goals, needs, or specific information such as the address.

The edit buttons allow you to format the text by making it bold or italic and aligning it according to your needs. The three-dots button provides additional options, including access to advanced editing tools (1) and the ability to insert a hyperlink (2):

Here are the options that the advanced settings offer. You can customize the appearance of your tour by adjusting fonts, colors, and text styles according to your preferences.

You can also create a hyperlinked title and/or description.

Note: The added hyperlink will override the tour and open in the same browser tab. 

Main Button

It is a Start button to enter the tour. You can use a standard Play button.

Or customize the start button whatever you like, adjusting its text and colors per your needs.

Background Photo / Video

This feature is a great way to capture the viewers' attention right from the start. You can set a captivating background by uploading an intro screen image (JPG, PNG) or a video file (MP4, WEBM). You can also insert a video link from YouTube or Vimeo.

If no image or video is uploaded as the background, the system will automatically set up the tour's featured photo.

Note: the size limits are mentioned according to your subscription plan. 

Entry Lead Form

This form collects the data (name, phone number, and email address) of the visitors who entered the tour. If you only need to collect the names, you can disable the email and phone fields accordingly:

Legal checkboxes are used to display important information or notes to viewers, for example, “I agree to the terms & conditions.” Viewers will need to click the boxes to confirm their agreement in order to enter the tour.
