# Manage: Files

Using the **Files** tab, you can attach important legal documents, such as your Terms and Conditions, directly to your tour. Once added, visitors can access the document through the **Terms** button in the public tour.

#### **How to Attach a File**

1. Open your tour and go to the **Manage** section.
2. Scroll down to the **Files** tab.
3. Click the **Edit** icon on the right.

4. **Upload a PDF file** from your computer, or select a file from the **Tour Library** if it has already been uploaded.

5. Click **Save**.

**Note:** The **Files** tab and the **Terms document** field under **Interface** are linked. A document added in one place will automatically appear in the other.

#### **Where Visitors Can Find the Document**

Once the document is added, visitors can open it by clicking the **Terms** button in the public tour:

- **On the intro screen:** The **Terms** button is located in the upper-right corner.

- **Inside the tour:** The **Terms** button is located in the bottom-right corner.
