# Manage: Notifications
The **Notifications tab** in the **Manage**section allows you to control how each User associated with a tour receives updates - a different members can be notified in different ways depending on their role and preference.
Each User listed in the Notifications panel has their own notification dropdown. Clicking the dropdown opens four options:
1. **All** - receive every notification - both SMS and email.
2. **SMS** - text message alerts only, no email.
3. **Email** - email notifications only, no SMS.
4. **None** - notifications completely silenced for this user.
These settings can be adjusted at any time to match the user’s notification preferences.
