Manage: Sharing Options
When sharing a Treedis tour, you can control who has access to view it and under what conditions. The Sharing Options section allows you to configure both the Access Type and Advanced Access Options for your model.
Access Type
There are three main access types available:

- Public: no restrictions, anyone can view the public tour.
- Password Protected: visitors must enter a password to access the tour. This setting applies to the Treedis tour only.
Note: If the Matterport tour is password-protected, you need to have the OAuth connected in your Treedis Workspace → Settings on left sidebar → Integrations → click Connect OAuth to ensure the tours open and function correctly.
Click here to view the full guide about the Matterport OAuth connection.

-
Require two-step authentication (2FA): adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to verify their identity with a secondary method (pin) during login.
-
Allow guest access: permits guest users to view the tour, but they will not be able to see any Notes added within the model.
-
Advanced Access Options
These settings provide additional control over how and where your tour can be accessed.

- Restrict Access to Specific Domains (Private Model Embed) - limits the tour’s display to specific websites or domains, while preventing unauthorized sharing or embedding elsewhere.
- When choosing this option, enter one domain per line. Include the full URL path if needed.
