# Ownership Change & Tour Transfer
### How to Change Workspace Ownership
Each Treedis workspace can have **only one owner**. The owner has full control over the workspace, including its settings, billing, security, integrations, and user management.
If you need to transfer ownership to another person or company, you can do this by contacting Treedis Support Team and providing the required authorization. Two following requirements must be met:
1. The person / company who will become the new owner must already be invited to your workspace and registered as a Treedis user.
2. The request must be sent to [support@treedis.com](mailto:support@treedis.com) from the **registered email address of the current workspace holder** to verify and authorize the change.
**Important:** Ownership change cannot be undone. Once completed, the workspace, including all tours within it and its active subscription plan, will be transferred to the new owner.
### How to Transfer a Tour to Another Workspace
If you only need to move one or more tours to another workspace, you can use the **Transfer to Workspace** option.
1\. In **All Spaces**, find the tour you want to transfer and click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it:

2\. Select **Transfer to Workspace** from the drop-down menu: 
3\. Enter the **email address** and **Workspace ID** of the destination workspace, then click ***Transfer***.
#### **Tour Transfer: Where to Find the Workspace ID**
To locate the Workspace ID, navigate to ***Settings (1)*** → ***Workspace Info (2)*** → ***Advanced (3)***.
**Note:** One digit of the Workspace ID may be hidden due to browser privacy restrictions. As a result, selecting and copying the ID manually may not work correctly. Click the **'copy icon'** to copy the full ID.
**Important:** Once a tour is transferred to another workspace, it will be permanently removed from the original workspace. Therefore, make sure you enter the correct destination email address and Workspace ID before proceeding with the transfer.
