Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection beyond your account password. After entering the password, you will be required to verify your identity through a second step - a one-time code sent to your email.
Note: The 2FA feature is supported with Business and Enterprise subscription plans only.
How to Enable 2FA
To activate Two-Factor Authentication, follow these steps:
- Open Profile
- Go to Personal Info
- Click the pencil icon to edit

Enable 2FA toggle and save the changes:
Once 2FA is enabled, every time you log in:
- You will enter your password as usual
- Then, a verification code will be sent to your email
- Enter this code to complete the login process
This simple step significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and helps keep your account safe.
