How My Clients Can Access the Analytics?
You can share tour analytics with your clients in three ways:
- Send the analytics report to your client via email.
- Provide your client with a public link to the analytics report.
- Create an account for your client, granting them direct access to the analytics.
Option 1: Sending the Report via Email
You can send the analytics report to the indicated email address of your client.
Open the tour > click on the Analytics icon (1) > select the needed time range for the stats (2):
Then click Share (3) to proceed with the desired sharing method:
Pull the toggle to enable Share analytics report by email and fill in the required information for your report: (1) Subject, (2) Client's email address, (3) Frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) > save.
That's it, the analytics report will be automatically sent to the specified email address at the chosen frequency.
Option 2: Providing the Report Public Link
Open the tour > click on the Analytics icon (1) > select the needed time range for the stats (2):
Then click Share (3). Pull the toggle Make Analytics public and save:
Then go back to the Share icon and click on it AGAIN (second time) - only after this step a public link for analytics will become available for you:
You can now copy the link and share it with your clients.
Option 3: Direct Access to Analytics Through the Client's Profile
You can create the Treedis account for your clients in order to grant them access to analytics.
If your client already has an account > open the Clients tab (1) to find the needed client, go to Permissions (2) and click pencil to edit (3):
Enable the permissions for Space and Analytics:
Then assign your client to the tour: open the space > go to Manage section > Info > click on pencil icon to edit (1) > add a Client to the tour (2):
And last but not least, make sure your client uses a correct login page:
- https://my.treedis.com/admin/client/home (if your Treedis account is NOT white-labeled)
- https://your.domain.com/admin/client/home (if your Treedis account is white-labeled)
Once your clients log in to their own account, they will be able to review the analytics on their own.
