Analytics: General Overview

Analytics is key to engaging clients with 3D tours, offering insights into visitors' most-used features, time spent, and popular areas of the space, helping identify viewer preferences and more.


How to Retrieve Analytics?

1. Open the tour > click on the Analytics icon:

 

Analytics: Share, Download, Time Range

 

Time Range

Select the time range for the stats to analyze: go to the calendar > select the dates you're interested in > the system will automatically refresh the page to display the data.


 

Download

When you click the 'download' button, the Analytics report in .xlsx format will be downloaded to your device.

Share

There are 2 variants for sharing the Analytics report with your clients: to send a report to the indicated e-mail address with some frequency OR to retrieve a report public link.

 

Variant 1. Share Analytics Report via E-mail: (1) indicate a subject of e-mail, (2) the e-mail address you want this report to be sent to and (3) frequency (daily / weekly / monthly) > save.

Variant 2. Retrieving a Report Public Link to Share: activate the toggle 'Make Analytics public' > Save > then go back to the 'Share' icon and click on it AGAIN (second time) > a public link will become available. You can copy the link to share with your clients.

Summary: Users, Views, Average Time, Asset Page Views

  • Users - quantity of people who have visited the tour within the time range. User represents a unique ID that can be tracked once during the first tour visit.
  • Views - quantity of times Users visited the tour (same User can make several Views, thus, Views will always be the higher number compared to Users).
  • Average time - average time users spent in the tour.
  • Asset page views - shows if users visited the Asset page (in case it was published).

HUB: Total calls, Total minutes, Average call duration,
Total users, Avatars

  • Total Calls - quantity of Hub calls that were arranged in the tour.
  • Total Minutes - quantity of minutes participants spent in the Hub calls.
  • Average Call Duration - average time participants spent in the Hub calls.
  • Total Users - quantity of Users who participated in the Hub calls on the 3D space.
  • Avatars - quantity of avatars that were created / used for the Hub calls. 

Experience

1. Average Duration, Average Score, Average Rating

  • Average Duration - an average duration of the Experience session.
  • Average Score - an average score that participants received by completing the game.
  • Average Rating - an average rating the Experience creator tour has received. 


2. Experience Details

  • Name - name of the participant who entered the Experience tour (you can decide to make the name obligatory OR disable this option at all. When disabled, you won't see the names in the stats).
  • Country - system tracks the country where the visitors have entered the tour from.
  • Score - points that visitors have got by completing the tasks (locks) in the Experience tour.
  • Status - it shows whether the visitors passed the game or not (success or failure status).
  • Duration - time the visitors spent to complete the game.
  • Rating - rating the visitors have left upon completing the game.
  • Comment - comment the visitors have left upon completing the game.

3. Experience Rate

This part of the analytics will represent the rates that Experience tour has got from the tour visitors. Rating ranges from 1 to 5 stars. 

The pie chart illustrates the distribution between viewers who have passed and those who have failed the game (Success / Failure).  

General

1. Average Time by Hours

The line graph 'Average Time by Hours' displays how many minutes visitors spent in the tour in regards to hours. So you can understand the peak hours of the users' activity and how long they were engaged within the space.

 

2. Users vs Views

The line graph 'Users vs Views' shows how many users (average) checked the tour and at what day.

 

3. Device Chart

Analytics tracks the devices (desktop and mobile) that were used to open the tour. 

 

 

4. Visits by Country

'Visits by Country' map indicates the countries from which users have accessed the tour.

 

5. Visits by Browser

Analytics tracks the browsers and social media channels that were used to open the tour.

 

6. Visit by Source

Visit by source indicates the way a tour link was opened by visitors:

  • Direct - visits of the tour when the viewer clicked directly on the tour link to enter the space.
  • Referral - visits of the tour when the viewer clicked on the tour link embedded on some website.

 

7. Heat Map

The heat map displays what area of the space was the most highly visited. The more red the scan point is - the more viewers stopped on this scan (content on this scan was of particular interest for viewers). If there are several floors on the space, you can analyze the stats of each floor. 

 

8. Activity by Tags, Polygons, Burger Menu and Highlight Reel

Using this part of analytics you can check what specific content (tags / polygons / burger menu / highlight reel etc) was most highly viewed / clicked on the space and what quantity of views it received.

 

 

9. Interactivity

Interactivity represents the same data as the section 'activity by tags/polygons etc', but in the pie chart.

 

10. Visit by Channel

Visit by channel displays the same stats as the 'Visit by Source' section (the way a tour link was opened by visitor), but in the pie chart.
