You can choose how your logo is displayed in Treedis tours, depending on whether you want to represent your own White-labeled brand or showcase a specific client’s logo.
We offer two distinct options:

Brand Profile Logo (per tour) - use this option if you’d like to display only your client’s logo in a specific tour. Once added, the logo will appear in the top-left corner of the tour and on the intro screen (if enabled). This allows you to present the tour under the client’s brand only.

White Label Logo - For full branding across your entire account, including the tour viewer interface and loading screen, you can use a White Label solution. This replaces the Treedis branding with your own logo and colors, offering a fully branded experience.
Note: If Brand Profile is assigned to a tour and you have purchased the White Label solution, both your logo and the client’s logo will appear in the tour.
If White Label is not enabled, the tour will display the Brand Profile's logo along with the Treedis logo. You can also opt to display only the Brand Profile's logo throughout the entire tour by enabling the 'Identity' toggle in the brand profile settings.
Option 1: Adding the Brand Profile's Logo
To display a logo within the tour, you first need to assign a Brand Profile to your space. For a step-by-step guide on managing the brand profiles, please refer to this article: What is a Brand Profile and How to Manage It
To assign a Brand Profile: go to the tour Manage section > Info > click the pencil icon to edit (1) > assign a profile to the tour (2):

Then, make sure a logo has been uploaded in the Brand Profile settings. When uploaded, the logo will automatically apply to the tour once the profile is assigned to the relevant space.
If the tour has the Intro Screen enabled, the logo will also display in its top-left corner. You can choose not to show the logo on the intro screen by turning the Enable brand profile logo toggle off, and the client's logo will be visible only inside the tour.
Option 2: White Label Solution
For full branding control, you can purchase a White Label solution. This removes all Treedis branding from your tours and account, allowing you to replace the Treedis logo, customize the domain URL, adjust the color scheme to match your brand.
