How to Cancel My Subscription
We currently offer a range of new subscription plans (Basic, Growth, Business, Enterprise) designed to meet various customer needs. However, for our long-term users, we continue to support legacy ("old") plans (Pay-as-you-go, Monthly, Yearly), which are no longer available for purchase but remain active for those who opted to keep them.
Cancellation of Legacy Plans
If you wish to cancel any legacy plan (Pay-as-you-go, Monthly, Yearly), you can do so directly through your PayPal account or by contacting our support team at support@treedis.com. Since all legacy plans are managed via PayPal, you have full control over cancellation through your PayPal dashboard, or we can assist you upon request.
Cancellation of New Plans
To cancel a new plan (Basic, Growth, Business, Enterprise), follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings tab in the left sidebar > select Billing (1) > click Manage plans (2):

On the subscription page, you will see your current plan and available pricing options, click Cancel subscription to proceed.

Once the subscription is canceled, the workspace will automatically switch to the Basic plan (free tier), which allows you to keep up to 5 active tours.
- If you have more than five tours, they will remain disabled in your Treedis workspace.
- All features will be locked except for those available under the Basic plan.
- Any add-ons activated for your tours will be disabled, and all related settings will be erased.
If you cancel the White Label solution, your custom domain links, colors, and logo will be replaced with Treedis’ default branding. Please note that "previous" links associated with your custom domain will no longer work.
Deleting Your Profile
If you would like to permanently delete your profile and remove all associated information, click the workspace icon on the top panel (1) and select Settings (2).

Open the Security tab > navigate to the Profile Removal > click Delete account.

Important: Closing your profile permanently deletes your personal data, the workspaces you own and any active subscriptions tied to them. This action cannot be undone.
