Entry and Contact Forms: How to Collect Leads From the Tour

The Entry Lead Form and Get in Touch Form allow you to collect visitor data, including name, phone number, and email address, from those who entered the tour and/or filled out the contact form.

  • The Entry Lead Form can be activated in the Intro Screen feature. If you only need to collect names, you can disable the email and phone fields as needed.

   

  • The Get in Touch Form (contact form within the burger menu) can be activated in the Interface feature. You can also choose whether to display a pulsating tooltip next to the contact form button.

If your client is assigned to the tour, all leads will automatically be sent to the client's email address unless you specify an alternative email. To do this, navigate to the Manage section of the tour and scroll down to Contacts:

  1. Entry Lead Form – Enter an alternative email address in the designated box for Lead Forms.

  2. Get in Touch Form – Enter an alternative email address in the designated box for Get in Touch Forms.


All leads from the tour will be gathered into XLS and CSV files, so you can further download it in the Manage section > Contacts > hover over it to navigate the edit option > find the Export button:
