HUB calls can be a great add-on to the list of services you offer to your clients. Attending a meeting inside a 3D tour might be something really impressive, as there is no need for physical presence at some places. You can just stay at home and click on the link to be transferred to the needed location.
How to Join the Call
1. First and foremost, you should allow the system to have access to your microphone and camera before entering the call. Without these permissions, you won't be able to join the call.
2. Write your name and click "Join Call" button:
NOTE: Click the camera / microphone icons, if you want to join the call with the camera disabled / audio muted, and square icon if you want to blur your live camera background:
Additionally, you can upload a custom image as your avatar during the meeting. To do this, ensure Avatar Mode is enabled as shown here. Upload an image up to 2 MB, then select the portion you would like displayed by clicking on the image.
Once you join the call, the uploaded picture will be shown in the list of participants:
The same image will be displayed on the call instead of your avatar:
All HUB call participants will be visible at the bottom of the screen:)
HUB Icons: What Are They For?

Chat – send messages to participants during the Hub call;

Video – enable or disable your camera while on the call;

Microphone – mute or unmute your microphone;

Share Screen – share your tour screen or any other content on your computer;

Lock Screen (Host only) – as the Host, you can use this option to guide all Guests through the tour, restricting their movements.

Participants – displays the number of people in the Hub call, which varies based on your subscription plan;

Leave – click this to exit the meeting.
As a Host, you have an option to Leave Meeting, it will disconnect only you from the call. Leave Meeting for All will end the call for all Hub participants:
NOTE: Burger Menu is visible ONLY for the Host. If you want to show it to the Guests, please use Share screen option > Guests will see everything that the Host sees.
