To use Vimeo links in the Media feature, you first need to have a Client account. You can either:

Select from existing Clients.

Create a new Client account if you don't have one.
Once the Client account is set up, open their profile, click the pencil icon (1) to edit:
and Generate Vimeo API token (2) to link the Client's Vimeo account to the Treedis platform:
Once the Token is generated, copy and paste it to the Vimeo Token line in the Client settings section (3) and save the changes.
Next, assign the Client to the tour where you’ll be using Vimeo links. To do this, go to the Manage section of the tour > find the Info tab and click Edit > select the Client and save your changes:
Once a Client is assigned, you’ll be able to incorporate Vimeo videos into your tours using the Media feature. Here is example of the supported link format for the Media feature:
Note: The Media feature supports Vimeo videos with both settings:

Make sure the video link does not contain symbols like ?share=copy at the end.
