White Label: Subdomain and Domain Customization

Once you purchased the White Label solution, it means you would like to remove the Treedis branding from your tour links. With White Label, you can replace the Treedis domain with your own, add your logo to the tours, and customize colors so that your account and tours look entirely like your own product.

White Label Setup: Providing Your Domain and Subdomain

To get started with the White Label setup, we need you to provide us with a domain and subdomain.

  • Domain: This is the primary address you purchased and manage through a hosting provider. Your domain may already be linked to an existing website, or it may be planned for future use.
  • Subdomain: The subdomain is a unique identifier (prefix) that stands before your domain and is needed to differentiate your tours from your main website. Without a subdomain, it will redirect users to your website (domain) instead of your tours.

You don't need to buy the subdomain, just come up with any prefix you would like to have before your domain. For example, in my.treedis.com - “treedis.com” is the domain, while “my” is the subdomain.

You can choose any subdomain prefix that suits your brand, here are just some examples:

my.yourdomain.com, 3d.tour.com, demo.imagine.be, tour.your-domain.com etc.

Note: Until registration is finalized, your tours will remain inactive, however, you can still open the tour public link by changing the domain in the URL manually back to my.treedis.com.

Once your White Label setup is complete (usually within 24 hours), you’ll gain access to the following:

    1. White-labeled login page to access your Treedis admin account with available options to edit the login page design per your needs.

    2. Domain integration, allowing all your tours to open with your domain instead of Treedis domain.

    3. Options to add your own logo and customize the color scheme, making your account and tours fully branded.

    4. Access to the library of demo tours created by Treedis experts, which will open with your domain so you can show them off to your clients while presenting your business.

Whitelabel Email: What Is It?

Whitelabel email address is needed to collect leads generated from your tours. Leads allow you to gather data that tour visitors leave (name, phone, email) so you can get in touch with them further.

When setting up a Whitelabel email, note that public email domains like 'Gmail', 'Yahoo', 'Live' etc are not allowed. Instead you can indicate a generic domain-based email, here are template examples: support@yourdomain.comoffice@domain.cominfo@anythingyouwant.be etc.

Upon setup, you will receive an email from Postmark with a confirmation link inside, be sure to click the link to verify your email address.
