The Contacts section allows you to manage various email settings related to contact forms, lead collection, and relevant notifications.
Go to the tour Manage section > scroll down to find the Contacts > click on the Edit button:
Note: If your client is assigned to the tour, all leads will automatically be sent to the client's email address unless you specify an optional email(s).
Switch on a toggle for Optional E-mails to enable additional contact options:
Lead Forms Email – Used to collect leads from the Entry Form activated on the Intro Screen.
- Menu Get in Touch Email – Used to collect leads from the "Get in Touch" form accessible via the Burger Menu.
- Asset Get in Touch Email – To enable the "Get in Touch" form on the tour asset page.
- Lead Sweeps Email – To collect leads from the Lead Form activated in the 3D Scans feature.
- Floor Plans Email – When a floor plan is ordered, it will be delivered directly to the Floor Plan section of the related tour. If an email is provided here, the client will also receive a notification once the floor plan is ready.
- Ready Email – To send a notification to your client when a scanned tour is ready to view.
- E-Commerce Contact – This contact will receive "Request Help" emails from the shop.
Contact Name, Contact Phone, and Contact Email - these fields are optional and intended for specific cases where you assign different clients to the tours, but need a single common email address to collect leads from all these tours. In this scenario, the leads will be sent not to your clients' emails but to the alternative email address specified under "Contact Email":
