Monthly Charges
- Subscriptions charged on a monthly basis are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, your subscription or service will remain active for the duration of the billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
Yearly Charges

We recommend cancelling any yearly charges in advance to avoid unwanted payments.

If you cancel a yearly charge after the payment has been processed and would like to request a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the initial payment. After this 14-day period, refunds will not be issued. However, you can continue using the platform or service until the end of your current billing cycle or choose to discontinue at any time.
