3. Explore the Tour Workspace Section

Once you have added a tour, the next step is to get familiar with the Workspace — your hub for managing and enhancing the virtual tour. Here is a quick guide to help you navigate its key features:

  • The Interface is designed to enhance the visual appeal of the tour and increase user interaction by adding the interface video, custom fonts, Facebook web widget, custom button, legal notes, contact information and a timed lead form.
  • The Intro Screen allows you to add a tour title and description, entry lead form, a background photo or video as the tour intro screen before it fully loads.
  • In the 3D Scans section, you can manage scanned areas of your tour and enhance them by adding Green screen videos and other interactive elements on sweeps to create engaging experiences.
  • The Burger Menu serves as a navigation tool, enabling visitors to move between rooms, explore objects such as tags and popup elements, and access multiple merged spaces within one tour.
  • The Highlight Reel allows you to create a guided experience by showcasing key locations in the tour as slides at the bottom of the screen, instead of using the map.
  • The Map enables visitors to see the space from a bird’s-eye view and navigate between hotspots using the mini-map.
  • Use the Panorama feature to add 360° images, either as the starting point of the tour or as interactive elements accessible within the tour. Add various actions as hotspots on top of the panorama.
  • The Tags allow you to create points of interest within the tour, including text, images, videos, iframes and links.
  • With Polygons feature you can make any object or area in your tour clickable and interactive.
  • Use Media section to upload and manage content such as images, videos, Green screen and Vimeo videos
  • The Virtual Staging allows you to add 3D objects into the tour using own GLB file or selecting from the Treedis library and Sketchfab integration. Click on active links to learn how to sync your Sketchfab account and integrate Giphy with the Treedis platform. You can also add Avatars and voiceovers as the tour guide for a more engaging experience.

4. Explore the Tour Manage Section

Use the Manage section to access the following options: General information such as the tour title and public property address, collaborators, contacts, tour passwords, tour background music, HTML plugins, and Matterport URL add-ons.

5. Customize & Enhance the Virtual Tour

By exploring and utilizing these features, you can fully customize your virtual tour and create a seamless, engaging experience for your audience.

6. Tour Library and Floor Plan

Use the tour library to upload and store your own files for future use throughout the workspace section and to set the main (featured) photo for your 3D tour. You can also order a floor plan for your tour directly through the Treedis platform.

7. HUB, Notes, Chat

You can engage in virtual communication within the Treedis tour using the following features:

  • HUB Calls – Enable the visitors to explore a 3D space with you remotely. This is ideal for real estate agents showcasing properties or museum guides hosting virtual exhibitions, allowing interaction without physical presence. Avatars integration within HUB meetings allows participants to represent themselves in virtual space.

  • Notes & Chat Notes feature enables collaboration with your team directly within a 3D space whether they are onsite or accessing it remotely. It is compatible with both Web and AR modes. Chat feature allows direct communication with visitors inside the tour.

8. Tour Analytics

Collect Analytics for your tour to monitor activity within the 3D space. Gain insights into which features are used most, how much time visitors spend in specific locations, and which areas of the tour are the most popular. This data helps you understand viewer preferences.

9. Account Management

You can manage your Treedis account independently or create separate profiles for your Clients to provide them access to your tours without sharing personal login credentials. Alternatively, you can add Collaborators (another Treedis users) to your tour to work on it together.

10. Publish & Share Your Tour

When your tour is ready, you can share the tour link with your audience or use a ready code to embed the tour in any website. Additionally, a tour can be accessed via its asset (landing) page which is created for each tour automatically on the Treedis platform.
